Welcome to DARZ’s mobile application. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the DARZ application (“Site” or “App” or “DARZ”) and your relationship with our company. By using our App, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.

We encourage you to read these Terms & Conditions thoroughly before using DARZ. For your convenience, we recommend keeping a copy for future reference.

1. GENERAL

DARZ operates under Darz Tech Company for Fashion Retail, registered in Kuwait. Should you have any queries or feedback about the company, you can reach us at darz@letsdesign.solutions.

We reserve the right to modify these T&C at any time. Any modifications will take effect when posted on the App, and it’s your responsibility to keep updated. Changes will not affect orders made prior unless required by law.

2. REGISTRATION & ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

Visitors: You can access our products without registration but remain bound by these T&C.

Registered Users: Registering allows you special features like:

• Purchase App products.
• Monitor and review past purchases.
• Initiate purchase returns.
• Utilize the Wish List feature.
• Store address for future purchases.
• Manage account information
• Manage address book

To register, provide your e-mail, mobile number, and a password. Your account is personal and cannot be transferred. We can reject registration requests at our discretion.

Users can have only one active account. Multiple accounts for fraud or misleading purposes will be disabled.

You’re responsible for safeguarding your account. Notify us immediately at darz@letsdesign.solutions for any security breaches.

Should you forget your password, please use the “Forgot Password” feature on the SIGN IN page and follow the provided instructions.

3. ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE

Provide authentic personal and payment details.

You must possess a valid credit/debit card issued by a recognized bank. DARZ reserves the right to decline orders lacking such validation.

4. ORDERS

Product availability isn’t guaranteed. Items in your cart can be bought by others.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders at our discretion.

5. PRICING AND PAYMENT

Prices are in KWD (Kuwaiti Dinar). International conversions are subject to exchange rates. All prices include sales costs, but shipping charges and any other additional costs will be itemized separately in the invoice.

Payments can be made via Knet, Visa, or MasterCard. Upon checkout, you’ll be redirected to a secure payment page. Cardholders are subject to validation checks by the card issuer.

DARZ uses a secure online payment gateway to encrypt your card details.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

No Exchanges: As our products are made-to-order, we cannot accept exchanges.

Refunds: If there’s an issue with your order, you have 15 days to bring it to our attention. If we verify that the product size or customization details don’t match your order, a full refund will be processed. Customers must refer to our size guide and fabric details before ordering to avoid discrepancies.

7. CONTENT

DARZ strives to ensure the accuracy of the App’s content. However, we can’t guarantee that the App’s content will always be error-free or that its functional aspects will always work without disruptions.

8. GOVERNING LAW These T&C, along with our policies and procedures, will be governed by and construed according to Kuwaiti Law. Disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Kuwaiti courts.
